A BILL to repeal section six, article three, chapter eighteen of the code of West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty- one, as amended, relating to the authority of the state superintendent of schools to interpret law and rules of the state board of education.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:

ARTICLE 3. STATE SUPERINTENDENT OF SCHOOLS.

§1. Repeal of section relating to interpretation of school laws and rules by the state superintendent of schools.
Section six, article three, chapter eighteen of the code of West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as amended, is hereby repealed.



NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to repeal a section of the education code relating to the authority of the state superintendent of schools to interpret school laws and rules of the state board of education.
